We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The User undertakes to indemnify and hold Moonx API harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and liabilities arising out of or related to the User's use of the Service.
